Start from a quarry 600m above sea level. There is an immediate climb of 120m to get to the first descent. We now descend 500m on dirt tracks snaking thru the mountains with fantastic views over the Coin valley. We eventually reach a wooded area then a local road for 3km before we start a climb thru the woods to a level track with some excellent singletrack diversions. At 24km we come to a venta for some welcome food and drink.
The second half is mainly descending on lots of narrow tracks until we reach a riverbed and then on to the coast.
