Starting from a venta (Spanish bar) we loop through the woods on a mixture of fire-roads, singletrack through the trees, single track descending and finally after 17kms end up back at the venta for lunch. Excellent Spanish food usually served outside in the sunshine.
For the second half there is a 10 minute transfer to Mijas in the bus. From Mijas there is some superb single track descending back down to the coast. We finish with a 3km ride along the seafront optional stop for a well-deserved ice cream.
